Renee, It has made me so sad to think some people would just abandon their pets instead of taking the to a shelter. I am more than happy to give them some PR.
Debbie - I love these types of events. In Lafayette Square, Stray Rescue does a great job of rescuing, caring for, and securing adoptions for strays. Unfortunately, there are more dogs than people to adopt them.
