Good to promote the $8,000 tax credit. Many potential first time buyers still do not understand this benefit that is too good to miss. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Roy, I have had several First-Time Homebuyers take advantage of this tax credit, but you are so right, there are a ton of buyers, and even agents, who still don't understand it. I am hopefull and confident that this will be extended into 2010, as we will most likely see even better results next year, as we all become more familiar with it and more apt to promote it even more effectively. Thanks for you your encouragement!
