Think before you speak.  

Once we speak our words they can't be recalled; think before you speak.  

The words belong to us until we give them to someone else, those words can create happiness or pain. The words can have either a positive impact or be a negative influence with the person that we speaking with. 

Choose your words wisely before you speak, don't allow your mouth to move until you think through what you want to say. 

If you speak too fast what you're saying in not thought out and there are the possibilities of embarrassing yourself as you increase the pace of your speech.   

Think before you speak.
