Things these people may have been thinking:
1. Wow, this paint is really cheap! I wonder why.
2. The sunny yellow is a little bland, what I'd really like is a nice pop of color.
3. You know, now that we've got all the railings painted, I'm not so sure I like this. Maybe we should wait about finishing the columns.
4. Nothing says Happy Labor Day! like Christmas lights and a festive red bow on the door.
