I have never been to Big Canoe, but it sure sounds like a lot of fun. I just checked out your blog on the community of Big Canoe.  The north Georgia mountains are absolutely beautiful year round!  Octoberfests are always the best!

I have 3+ acres on the other side of Steve Tate from Big Canoe. A few years ago, there was some talk about BC expanding that direction. Is that dead?
