Rich, it's funny... we have similar signs by our home... and i said the same thing to a friend the other day... when they asked me if it was real. I said "if it was real, and they were able to "teach" someone how to earn $20,000 per month, don't you think they could afford better signage?"

I think he's saving 20K a month by using bandit signs instead of billboards. ;-)

Rich - I think if I were making $20,000/month and I wanted to attract others to my business, I would buy billboard space.

Rich - no kidding :) Perhaps he or she is from a different country where the comma was erroneously placed, was my first thought. Then again nah - too distinctive.

Rich, People that use "bandit signs" swear by their effectiveness. I think they are ugly and not quite sure why they work.

Well, at least his handwriting is better than most.

Everytime I see one of these handwritten signs that promise to show you how to make $100k/month, I think the same thing, Rich. "If this person is pulling down this kind of money, shouldn't he invest in a decent sign?" That's the biggest red flag that is raised, I think.

Pretty funny, Rich! Of course he'll say that he isn't doing whatever it is himself, because he is so noble that he just wants to help you get rich.

There must be some fine print on the back of the sign. It's not the advertiser making the 20k, it is his uplines uplines upline. Maybe a couple more uplines. Let me guess, would it be Amway, ACN or maybe even Donald Trumps new MLM.

Hi Rich... and all I can think is that he's smart... his signs look bad, but they don't seem to be getting stolen like my nice professionally printed open house signs!

Rich, it reminds me of the guy that invited me over to his house for his Amway pitch back in the 70s---all about how I could make a fortune---yet he wore sneakers and drove a beater VW bus

Here in the Dallas area, these signs get trashed... Some people think we're born yesterday.

For $20k/mo he should at least get a stencil to spray paint...

I belive he is an ex-realtor. I am also shocked that nobody called the guy and recorded it, surely that would be entertaining and make a great follow up post.

Heck, that's how he keeps his costs down and ups his earnings that he brags about. One has to wonder.

I see signs like that all over but your comments are funny. You ought to find out what he does. Money from google or some such nonsense.

Hi Rich, curiosity always gets me - so I called - no name - just a recording saying to leave your name, email address and phone number - and ended with in the meantime create yourself an amazing day. At least he's positive!!!
