What I like about you!!

You give me peace because:

I submit an offer to you and you promptly return my call
You tell me that your Seller is going to sign my Buyers offer to purchase and I receive the contract just like you said I would
I receive a faxed offer on one of my listings and the pages are all in order; the sales contract comes right side up one page after another and then here come the addendums and disclosures in the same manner
I advise you as a Buyer's Agent of what needs correcting in your offer and you are very thorough in your corrections
You send in a Buyers approval letter that includes their credit, income and debt having been verified
You return my call
You return my call in a timely manner
You have thoroughly read my email not missing a thing
Purple is your favorite color ( Just making sure that you're paying attention and reading thoroughly)
If you don't know the answer you don't wing it and you tell me you don't know the answer but you'll find out and get back to me
You would never think of taking keys or key pads from my property lock boxes
You turn off the lights after you show my property
You're pleasant
You realize that we have a common goal; making sure our customers are satisfied with their sale and purchase
You value your Real Estate business as a people service business and your goal is in providing service, quality service
In fact with these traits, I think I love you!

Cute! It's nice when we can work transactions with agents who share our spirit of cooperation. Great post!

Lynn- I think I would love that buyers agent too! Most of the time I find they fax us offers with out even a phone number or their name anywhere! I don't even know who to call back half the time!

Katerina, oh I know, it just floors me the way some do business. When I receive an offer that comes in nice and clean, I jump for joy!

Nice to read a happy tail tale... no pun intended as to the photo. I would imagine you look forward to another transaction together.

Mary, when I originally thought on posting on this subject, I had thought of the negative aspects in dealing with particular transactions and then I realized I didn't want to present it by complaining so I turned the tables and presented it as what it's like to be involved in a positive transaaction, instead of just bashing and "yes" turned it into a happy "tail"!

It is so great when you work with someone who works like you do. You remember the good ones as they are so far and few between.

Richard, that cerainly is the truth, how you remember those that really had their act together. It's unfortunate but true in that they are far and fewicha between.
