Persistence and Patience Pays

I have just finally finished connecting my home Internet system using an Internet router/modem that I had to connect myself. I almost gave up trying, but I kept persistent at it and as you can see, I am now online blogging about it.

So what I learned from this experience is that, no matter how many times you fail, always keep trying and do not give up, because on the last try that you give up, is when you are about to achieve your goals. This can be translated into real estate sales, or helping your buyer find that dream home, or helping your seller to sell their house in this down market. Always keep trying and you will succeed.

You are so right! And, of course, this applies to your work as a real estate agent. Every day, I have a "to do" list" I call my daily and weekly Plan of Action. No matter what, I complete those tasks. Persistence pays off! Plant some seeds, and don't forget to water them.....every day.
