Treasure Hunt in Hart Lake Estates

I'm sorry, I should have updated you on the treasure hunt.

The treasure was found, see the link below. The treasure hunt did what I hoped it would do, create a buzz about Hart Lake Estates. I received calls, emails, and comments in the grocery store from people who knew about the treasure hunt. Most of them were not even participating.

What I hoped was that people would at least drive through the subdivision and see how nice it is. Then they would talk to their friends and relatives abouit it etc. It worked. I have sold 8 lots in the subdivision since that time and only 2 in the 6 months previous to it.

It also gave me an excuse to blog about it a lot which increases SEO for the development. I discussed the treasure hunt on twitter and facebook as well so it was a full court press.
