When I was a child - I looked forward to the Bookmobile.  It came to our grade school and was full of wonderful books of all kinds.  I loved to read and enjoyed letting my imagination run wild.  I still do, although now my reading runs more to the marketing, technology and real estate variety to help folks buy and sell homes in St. Augustine.   Next week the Bookmobile is coming to a place near you in St. Augustine and St. Johns County. 

Here is the schedule for the St. Johns County Public Library System's Bookmobile for the week of Sept. 14^th:

• Monday: 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - American Legion Post 194; Leo-In House.
• Tuesday: 10 to 10:30 a.m. - Pavilion at BayView; 11 a.m. to noon - The Oaks Apartments; 1 to 2 p.m. - Southern Villas; 10 to 10:45 a.m. - Learn to Read; 2 to 3:30 p.m. - Excelsior/St. Paul AME Church, Lincolnville; 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. - Solomon Calhoun Community Center.
• Wednesday 10 a.m. - Cambridge prep School; 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - Accotink Academy; 2 to 3 p.m. - Palencia; 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. - Food Lion at Palencia.
• Thursday: 10 a.m. - Ponce Care Center; 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. - Summer Breeze; 2 p.m. - Moultrie Creek; 3 to 4 p.m. - Emeritus (fka Summerville); 9 to 11 a.m. - Village Academy South school stop; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - St. Gerard Campus; 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - Monsters Club/Ponce Harbor.
• Also on Thursday: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. - Westminster Woods; 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. - Glenmoor Community Center; 2:45 to 3:45 p.m. - Glenmoor Health; 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. - Armstrong School at First Baptist Church, Elkton; 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Buzzmart at Flagler Estates, Hastings; 3 to 3:45 p.m. - Parks and Recreation After School Program, W.E. Harris; 4 to 5 p.m. - OUR Center, Hastings.
