That's 59.3% more months of inventory (based on closed Sales) in comparison to August 2008. Yes I did a double take... 59.3% seems like a huge increase.... there was only 5.9 months of inventory at the end of August 2008.

A small number of homes in the City of Dublin are NOT in the Dublin School District. A few Dublin neighborhoods (in the City of Dublin) are in the Hilliard School District.
