Here's One for the Books!

I RENOVATED THE WRONG CONDO!

What would you do if you bought a condo, spent months living in it and then found out out you actually owned the unit next door. You live in and renovated someone else's property. Well a gentlemen in Colorado did just that and, guess what, blamed the listing agent because she marketed the unit and gave him the keys to the wrong unit. Yikes! I have heard of dentists pulling the wrong tooth, surgeons removing the wrong body part, etc. but I have never heard of this!

Miriam: This is totally bizarre. I would have gone after this listing agent in a major, major way. No holds barred. Yikes.

@ Janice: I didn't mean like "go after" them with a stick and beat them. More like... if they made the mistate, they should be liable for damages.
