I RENOVATED THE WRONG CONDO!

 

What would you do if you bought a condo, spent months living in it and then found out out you actually owned the unit next door.  You live in and renovated someone else's property.  Well a gentlemen in Colorado did just that and, guess what, blamed the listing agent because she marketed the unit and gave him the keys to the wrong unit.   It happened in Colorado, read the full story here.

Yikes!  I have heard of dentists pulling the wrong tooth, surgeons removing the wrong body part, etc. but I have never heard of this!
