It's been a long time since I moved to day 2 of the Diary of a Las Vegas Realtor. Inspired by movie Julia and Julia who takes one receipe from Julia Child's recipe book each day to cook and blog about it. Here I am talking about my experience as a Realtor and the challenges as well as joy I go through. Dropped my supra key the day before now with broken key, cannot function in my career. Supra key unlocks electronic lockbox hung on homes for sale. Without it I am handicapped. My advice is if you drop your supra key make sure the ground is not cement, wood or tile flooring okay. Else plan to take time off from work. I have an appointment this morning which had to be cancelled. Consider it a blessing in disguise. Spent time in the office instead to catch up on paperwork. Advice to offer when listing a vacant property. Once home is in escrow remove lockbox to avoid vandalism of appliances.
