Consumers seem to be fleeing ARMs (Adjustable Rate Mortagages), according to a recent article by Realty Times writer Michele Dawson.  According to Mrs. Dawson, with the rates increasing over the past 10 months consumers have been refinancing in droves.  Is the time right for yo to refi your home?

Could be.  According to the article, even a FRM (Fixed Rate Mortgage) with a higher fixed rate now could turn out to be a better deal in the long run, especially considering the likelihood of interest rates consistent travel upwards.
