Who Turned Out the Light at the End of the Tunnel?

By

I was talking with a friend the other day about how challenging this year has been.  I made the comment that what keeps me going is knowing that eventually I will see light at the end of the tunnel.  Then she replied, "Oh, didn't you hear?  Due to the economy and all the cutbacks they  are making, they turned OFF the light at the end of the tunnel!"

Well, I say TURN IT BACK ON!!!!!

Keepin it real,

My light still on and the opportunity is huge!!! this NEW real estate market will be the defining moment  of opportunity for those that are bold and quickly to adapt. . .

As a matter fact, I need sunglasses with the light so bright!

Very funny.

But in any situation, there's always a light.

You just need to find it.

OMG, I am having my best year ever.  Why?  Because I tell my buyers get in there before they read that the market has turned.  Then, it will be toooo late.  To my sellers, I tell them to take a reasonable offer before the price drops even more.  I am a very low key agent and so they take my advice.  Have you noticed how most areas are posting improvement?  We just need to light one little candle........

Fernando - Actually, our conversation was focused on personal issues.  And I agree, as far as real estate goes, there is still plenty of opportunity.  Glad to hear you're doing well!

Ralph - Indeed.  We make the choice on where we put our focus.  My friend was just trying to be funny and we had a good laugh about it.

Marcia - As far as real estate goes, the area where I live has not been hit that hard.  The media famously makes it all sound like doom and gloom.  It is up to us, who are in the trenches everyday, to show the consumers the real picture.
