We all have goals, don't we?  You do, I'm sure.

Do we achieve those goals?  Do we have a clue as to how to go about achieving them?  Many of us don't.

Positive Ability is a tool that you can employ to help your goal setting easier and more effective.

From a recent post at PositiveAbility.com:

Do you ever wonder why you are doing what you’re doing? Do you wonder what your purpose is in life? In business?

Have you reached your goals? Do you have goals? Really? You do? Do you remember what they are? Are you on track to achieve them? What have you done to achieve/accomplish your goals?

If you'd like to read more, please had on over to Positive Ability!

Good thoughts!!  As the kids head off to school we are trying to teach my 9th grader the imortant aspects of goal-setting and organization.  He dreads this but we know on a personal and professional level that creating realistic goals is how we move forward.  In this market and economy is it unrealistic to close 2 to 3 loans per month?  Mortgage conditions change everyday that reflect changes in our professional goals but home buyers and sellers are still out there and need us as positive reinforcement to help them achieve their goals.  Even changing your goals monthy is OK and part of my web site blog is to keep developing a positive attitude and learn how to change with your circumstances.  Homes still are bought and sold and people still need Mortgages.

There are days that I think I have a direction and feel like I'm moving forward. Then there are other days I feel "stuck in quick sand" trying but  can't get out. I'm a positive person I think generally but there are days when you need something more..

Thomas - Realistic goals are key to success at any level.  Thanks for the visit!

Patricia - We all have those days.  And the important thing is to not let them take over!  :)  If you need something more ... then let 'more' come in.
