The famous line we agents hear every day from our clients ' WE'RE LOOKING FOR A DEAL' well folks we've got them!! So many clients and customers are insistent on the 'short sale' or 'foreclosure' properties only!! What they don't realize is that's not their only option and because of this thinking they are actually missing out on some incredible deals available. As we all know in this market sellers must be very competitive with their pricing if they want their property sold right?
So why is it when you working with a client who wants ' THE DEAL' they won't HEAR you when you present to them the facts of a particular home that fits their criteria, in the perfect location, perfect size, everything they want, priced way below value, you present to them all the facts after much research and what do your hear from them, ' LET'S WAIT A BIT LONGER, THERE'S GONNA BE MORE DEALS COMING' !! YIKES! It's our job as their agent to get them the best possible deal right, it breaks my heart when I see an opportunity pass for my client because of this thinking.
Well I can tell you all, the market is changing folks, the foreclosures are flying off the shelf, inventory is shrinking, have you looked at the market statistics lately for the Grand Strand Area, incredible just look at the number of solds and pending properties this quarter alone!!
