Exactly! Excellent post.

Now, where did you get those reedy things behind the couch? I desperatelyneed those this week for the dead space behind an angled bed! I want them nice and thick, like yours, but all I am finding is wimpy twigs and not the juicy ones you have! Please, do tell...

Michelle... I got those at Home Goods which is an off shoot of TJ MAXX. They had 3 and I bought 2 of them. I call them "Ting tings" Ryan calls them "sticks". Oh well :)

Kimberly... the investors we work with add to the quality of the home. We work with real investors who believe in restoring the home and not just flipping it. Buyers are too savvy now to deal with low quality flippers :)

Deb... thank you for your comment. Though we have given the advice for color, flooring, and lighting... I do have to say that the investors we work with "listen". It is to all our benefit to enhance the quality of our industry right now. We are in Real Estate.... enhance it the right way!

Kym... Hey there Girlie! Thank you. We are really into flooring now. As far as investment properties go... I think that it is OK to show the b4 pictures. Mr. and Mrs. Buyer need to know just what rehab was done. Fortunately, we work with "quality" investment teams who are trying to help change this economy. They love seeing the after pics of their work ;)) and so do we.

Debra... We do too, altho we are running out of furniture... yikes! A bad problem to have huh ;)
