When you enter The Lakes development through Forrest Lake Dr. or Kettlebrook Dr. you are greeted with a scenic drive along the lake surrounded by trees.  There are also some walking paths along the lake.

Thinking of buying in The Lakes?  Here is what you can expect to find:

Condominiums - 2 Bedroom condo's run between $170k to $200k on average over the past year.  Condo's with a loft tend to run between $200k to $210k.  Now remember these are averages, depending on the condition - some condo's have sold outside these ranges.

Townhomes- 2 Bedroom townhomes with garages have sold between $225k to $235k.  3 bedroom townhomes are also available with garages, and these have ranged between $240k to $300k.
