There was a time when knowing what listings were for sale was perceived to be the benefit of working with an agent. Now, it's uncommon for your clients to know more about a listing than you do, well before they contact you about it.

How has your business changed in the last 5 years?

Mine has grown every year but one in the last 5 years. Social media is used mostly to LEARN. My website and blog bring in the business, not Twitter. Facebook brings conversation from leads- no money yet. My time is spent where the money comes from.

Vic Jang is a con Man and 2 bit liar and dirty piece of shit i wouldn't trust this guy with anything!

Pretty cowardly to call a man a liar, but not be willing to sign it yourself.

Where I come from, if you're going to call someone a liar, you do it to his face.

Not silently on a board, with no signature or chance for him to defend himself.

I'll be deleting both of these soon, I like to promote a more positive attitude then this.

If you have a problem with Vic, you should probably talk to him about it, instead of sneaking around calling him names behind his back.
