Mitchell, it not only has a bedroom, but also a dining room! That's almost unheard of up there!

Hi Pat, Dining rooms are rare in 1 bedroom apartments. A 1BR with a dining room/area is called a Jr 4 or a convertible 2. (NY apt lingo)
