Buyers & Sellers say No to Realtor is saving money.

As a Realtor we always hear from Buyers or sellers some times Why Pay Realtors.

Buyer don't want to buy MLS listed property because that one is listed and seller or buyer have to pay Realtor commission.

Few Buyers think that they can buy a good deal by not involving Realtor in the process.

Few seller think the same way. that they can make more money by selling directly. And save Realtor Fee. Or at least they do try to list it first. and then always give to the Realtors when they are unsuccessful in selling their property.

Ok What I think,

First If Buyers & sellers can do real estate by themselves successfully then, Why Realtors companies exists, Why they are growing and more and more Realtors are coming the industry to make living.

Realtors have to follow rules and regulations and They protect Clients.

Now I have little storey and this is from the original facts.

I know a Curch Pastor moved from USA to Saskatoon Canada with his wife. Very nice young guy a good christian. Sold his house in America. Want to buy in Saskatoon. I showed and told him about Realestate in Saskatoon. I showed him couple of houses.

But he never told me that he is also looking on his own and he is one of them who don't like to pay Realtors. Listen to his message to me, I bought and and I got a very good deal which came into my way and I cannot let it go. sale by Owner. in Park-ridge area. 

I called him back congratulate him asked him couple of questions about property i.e Size, Style, Basement not finished. I realized he paid 30,000 more then market price.

Which he was thinking he got very good deal. Only three months in Saskatoon. And he started thinking he knows market better then any Realtor. He started telling me that I compared with properties and this is the price. I am thinking I got 20,000 deal. I explained him every thing and told hm that you paid 30,000.00 more and this only the basis of how he telling me about the condition of property. Though I like to check furnace/water heater/basement and stuff. to give him the right idea.

Now Please Give me suggestion that How to tell these people that it is Worth hiring Realtors.
