That is great for your first time home buyers looking to close by November 30th that so many homes on the market are not short sales, but I would love to see a break down of the short sales vs price.

Todd -  I agree these numbers are favorable.

I think I can do a list of short sales by price.  But getting this data is tedious.  RMLS has not yet succeeded in getting us good data on the number of Short Sales or REO properties.  Compiling the data should be a lot easier.
