The "social media" phenomenon is all about creating relationships, familiarity, and TRUST> therefore, the right attititude is what becomes most important. Everyone is faced with tons of advertisements every day, from every concievable place, and consequently, it is becoming less and less effective. That is why social media is becoming MORE important than ever. It has the familiarity and trust factors that nothing else can generate. :))
