I included Los Angeles, just to comapre. The areas listed are the primary areas that search for homes for my buyers. This is useful information because it gives you a current outlook on what the maket has been like in the Southbay area as recent as April. For the most part, there has been significant increase in values.
Hawthorne, Long Beach had minimal decreases, while San Pedro had close to a 5% decrease in values!
