Well, I have been saving up these photos long enough. It's Monday morning, and I am ready to unleash them. Sit back and marvel!

Who is this person, and what is he spraying?

I'd prefer a built-in ironing board in the laundry room, but okay,...

bad mls photo 3

This spacious condo comes furnished.

No, really, the furniture conveys!

Another lurking presence materializes during the listing photo session...

...of another furnished condo. Different unit, same agent!

"This one should lure them in!" (The other six photos of this foreclosure house make it look pretty decent.)

Hey, what happened? Everything just went blurry.

well, its better than no photos!

People in the pic  WHY??? and the first one looks like a nice house, why not show all of it in the picture, one more step back would have accomplished that?

Just a few extra minutes staging your pictures would make such a difference

These are truly bad!  I get supremely irritated by the pics with people in them.

One of my favorite posts was one that I wrote about two years ago.  You might enjoy perusing these gems:

Step back? And get the whole guy in the picture, instead of just this bit? That would be silly. :)

Wow, that was a great contest, Jason. It didn't take people long to find a photo to enter!

Thanks for the link!

Howdy there Robin

Maybe the guy in the first one is, try-en to paint the grass green. LOL

The foreclosure one looks to have Black Mold in it.

I think those Agents, need to have someone else go take the photos of their listings for them. Or at least have someone edit the photos for them.

Robin, the sad thing is that if anyone here wanted to search their local MLS, they could probably find photos that are equally as bad if not worse than these.  This is one of my pet peeves, if you are going to be paid a commission, then be professional enough to take decent photos!  If you can't hire someone that can, most virtual tour companies will do it for around $100 to $150 dollars.

It's sad that those agents think that those photos are doing any good for their clients.  They are truly doing a disservice in their representation.

But ... I happen to like the full sized ironing board.  ;)
