Compton home sales are on the RISE!!!  What a significant increase in home sales in all 3 of these zip codes!  Compton truly is the best kept secret in real estate.  Aside from the myths, rumors, and whatever else is said about this town, the numbers don't lie and homeownership is dramatically increasing by the year!! 

There aren't many condos in the city, so no real numbers apply for that category.  For first time home buyers this is a great way to get in on the "high tide" of increased values. The City of Compton has a great first time homebuyer program that pays up to $100,000!!!
