Boca Raton is one of the best places to live anywhere in the country and the lifestyle it provides it's residents is top of the line.  One thing the town can use more of is ball fields. Tomorrow night, September 15, 2009 there will be a meeting to discuss this important issue.  The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Parks Distric will meet at Sugar Sand Park Community Center at 5:15pm.  Its important for the residents to show up and support the issue of more ball fields as the City's current lease agreement with FAU and the use of their fields comes to an end.  As we lose the use of these beautiful fields in the next 2 years we will certainly need new fields to replace them.

Please call every soccer and baseball player you know and tell them to show up wearing their shirts to this very important meeting. Parks and green space are crucial to our community as they effect everything from our children to our property values.
