The Las Vegas Valley DUMP that's where... Unless the agent who has the bank owned listing helps themselves to personal property left behind.  The selling bank usually hires a out side company to come in the remove everything.  It will consist of personal family photos, children's toys, furniture, bedroom sets, lights, cleaning supplies, Hall closets full of towels and sheets, front door closets full of jackets and coats.

Kitchen table and chairs.  Kitchen cabinets full of food, spices, plates, glasses, casserole dishes, pots and pans, silverware.

The garage can and might be full of valuable tools or junk left to have someone remove I've even seen cars/trucks left behind.

It's almost like they only had a few hours to get out and run with what they could throw in their cars etc.

It does really get to you after awhile.  I most of the time just pivot around the house in amazement.

Foreclosure is a debilitating human experience.

Because we are numbed by the huge numbers we often forget the very personal devastation suffered by each of the families.

It is so very sad.
