Having Clients Listening To You In AWE And If Not, An Alternative.
Communication skills are critical to GREAT relationship development to have clear understanding by everyone. Use the acronym AWE to get good at this.
A- Attention. Eye contact, a statement they pay attention to with interest, raise your voice, vary its pitch.
W- Wavelength. Mirror the personality type of your listener. Get on their wavelength. TUNE INTO THEIR TUNE.
E- Echo. Repeat back to them what they said to you.
The Alternative if this doesn't work??
