We are practically raised believing that Interior Design is too expensive & for the rich only. So we carry on thinking it's out of reach.

At 11, sugar plum dreams of beautifully decorated Living Spaces sparkled in my head. I loved the idea of being a designer, but who would ever pay me for having the fun of decorating?? was the consensus of the time & times to come. Well I'm not sure how it all happened, but I have been doing something creative all my life! Art, Interiors & business define my life work.

Homeowners unquestioningly hire all sorts home trades for their services. These I suppose are justified as they are considered 'required' & necessary. Consider that at my last check-in 2 days ago, a handyman's wage is 40 smackers per hour!

The fact is most people spend more money in a lifetime on cheap, poor quality home furnishings & accessories that have to be 'turned over' frequently, than on quality lasting pieces. Now that's expensive.

Many dream of living in beautiful interiors that they don't believe is within reach.

Interior Design & now its offspring Home Staging receive the same objections as ever - that its too expensive & only for the wealthy. Well it can be really expensive either way.

Does it have to be? You decide. Hiring a professional can save the costly mistakes of buying inappropriate or poor quality home furnishings. And you'll get it right the first time.

Redesign is so affordable. Often people have all the right things in their homes & don't even know it! What is missing is the ability to arrange everything harmoniously. Often an assignment like this can be taken care of in a day, depending on the size of the job.
