I just fininshed an article on the pitfalls of "rent to own" home purchasing methods.  I know that a tight credit market makes the popularity of these methods rise, but in the end, there is more danger here than meets the eye...for both the buyer and the seller.

Rob,

You have some excellent points on your lease to own article. Clients think it's an excellent alternative if they can't sell but don't realize all the things that can follow if something goes wrong.
