I was wondering why more people on active rain don't read almost every blog that comes up. I am well seasoned in the mortgage business but i will never turn down good advice, and i have read and seen alot of good topics come up. These blogs really supply good info from some very knowledgeable people. I sometimes have a really tough question and pop it on a blog and within seconds i have my answer. I know i don't have all of the answers so i leave that up to someone that has the expierence. I am only 30 and i have always been told by my father listen to someone who has been there and done that, it works for me. The point is at least to any newbies try and learn from this site it's free learning, everywhere else it would cost you money for this.
