| Pinelands Commission Holding Development Meeting June 18 |
The Pinelands Commission is holding a meeting on June 18, 2007 to discuss a tentative proposal regarding increasing the use of Pinelands Development Credits (PDCs) for non-residential development. The meeting will be held at the Offices of the Pinelands Commission in New Lisbon, NJ at 9:30 a.m. The PDC program is a Transferable Development Rights (TDR) program that encourages the redirecting of Pinelands area growth from preservation and agricultural districts to infrastructure-supported growth areas. More information on PDCs is available at http://rs6.net/tn.jsp?t=jo4k7acab.0.ij5s7acab.6nzyc7n6.1648&ts=S0250&p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.state.nj.us%2Fpinelands%2Finfor%2Ffact%2FPDCfacts.pdf.
