Greatest Real Estate Self-Marketing Promotion!

Several years ago I sold my husband, a 30-year veteran, CRS/GRI accredited, real estate broker, an outstanding idea for self-promotion.

This has been so effective that year after year he gets calls from past recipients of this give-away asking for a new one ... and often calls asking for multiples! In addition to its popularity, it is inexpensive and can be mailed in a #10 envelope without extra postage. I personally love it. It's addicting and potential clients will look forward to it again and again.

Definitely worth a look ..... Greatest real estate promotion

The main reason for this, is to really show off this idea, there are a lot of photos and order form we update each year. So, no need to try to recreate all in a blog post.

Plus, as I am NOT boasting in my ad copy ... what is the big deal with clicking on my link? Plus, it's set up to leave the AR page open in the background.

Judi - Gee , so simple and so effective. How many computers are sitting in our clients houses , their office , kids college dorms. Waht a great way to spread your name around

Good Idea - I had one of these a few years ago - but never saw it again. I just ordered 1,000 4" x 7" magnets with the emergency contact info - you know, police, fire, etc

Now, DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!

I can't tell you how many agent calls we get the first week of December for advertising give-a-ways. By then, even with the high rush charges and overnight mail, there are just a few imprinted items we can have in your hands by the holidays.

I came, I saw, I was disappointed. I was hoping for something new or useful. I remember several years ago when I first saw theseand am even less impressed now. Sorry, I usually keep my negative comments to myself but with your build up and having to click on the link, I am compelled to write and share my disappointment.

Well, nothing will appeal to everone. All the statements were fact! It's one thing to promote a product/service and quite another to do the same with one that you personally have used (to great success) over the years!

How many purchased Google when it first went public at $85?

Google closed on Friday at $536!
