2) Ask your agent how active they are currently and if very active please take some time to listen to their advice, this will help you in the long run.
3) Never, never, never be offended by an offer. If you want to be mad be angry with the people who don't write offers on your house.
4) Please consider staging advice. It's cost is minimal for the return you get.
5) Surround yourself with good professionals throughout the entire transaction, you will be glad you did.
