Attention Agents! Do you work in Frostproof Florida?

I got a call early this morning from a seller in Frostproof FL. It is out of our Team area ~ otherwise I would be putting together the listing. I called Broker Bryant -- out of his area -- Checked the county and nobody serving Frostproof FL!

This is a motivated seller with a lovely home to sell in Frostproof Florida that has a listing expiring in a few days and the seller wants a new agent. They cannot find an agent that they are comfortable with. And they are not happy with their current agent. They have been searching on the Internet for a qualified Real Estate Professional to sell their Frostproof Florida home!

They found me on ActiveRain and hoped that Celebration Florida wasn't too far to service the listing. They wanted me to sell their home. Unfortunately it is to far for me to sell their home properly! But I want to help these sellers in Frostproof Florida sell their home!

I got this call at 8:30 this morning -- so I just was reviewing posts on ActiveRain and at about the same time Elaine Reese posted her same problem with having a referral that she cannot give with confidence! She says it so much better! Read her post!

Check the CRS Realtors in that area. That's what I generally do when I'm trying to get a good agent. The more education they have, the more confident I am in referring them. Although, there are many here now that I would consider. :-)

"Frostproof" Florida? I've never heard of that town before.....where is it? It's a tad bit out of my area, too, otherwise I'd help you out! Hope you find someone who can really help them out.

Where in the world is Frostproof?

BTW the Frostproof diner is an awesome place to have lunch. It's a hole in the wall but the food is great. Frostproof is at the southern tip of the Citrus Ridge. About 50 miles south of the Disney area. About 30 miles north of lake Okeechobee. It's citrus country. Miles and miles of rolling hills and orange grooves.

LOL.....Colleen, I stopped by the Post because I thought this was going to be about Florida being so hot that it never gets any frost.........boy was I surprise that I was not even close.
