I'm amazed at what you get for the money in Texas!  Wow.  $134,000 will buy you a can (mobile home) here in Sarasota.  I think it's lovely that there are places folks can go to get a real bargain.  I don't know much about Cedar Hill, but I bet it's nice.  Good luck with this great listing.
