I love nature shots.  Those cats sure look like they are relaxing and enjoying the day.

Russell - Great shot! I hope that you had a barrier between you and the leopards.

Hey, June - The leopards at the San Diego Wild Animal Park have a very large area to run around in, play, and relax. The Wild Animal Park encompasses 1,800 acres with lots of open areas. Most of the predators are kept in their own exhibit areas, but the grazers - giraffes, rhinoceroses, deer, etc. - are in a very large exhibit area. Most of the park is not walkable, so one takes one of two tram tours, a general one, which is how I got the pictures of the leopards, and a photography tour where one gets much closer to many of the animals and can actually feed some of them, like the giraffes, of which I have a picture of a photography tour feeding one. The big cats and all the other animals enjoy San Diego's Mediterranean climate just like we people do.

Hey, Robert - The barrier included a large moat and a special fence, which I presume was low voltage. In addition, we were in vehicles. I really like my 75-300 telephoto macro lens because it lets me get closer without compromising safety -- LOL

What beautiful kitties! I'm glad the telepho lens does such a good job, because somehow I doubt they would ignore you (fresh meat!) close up.

Russel, I remember hearing something about not awakening a sleeping giant cat or maybe it was just a giant.  Great photo!
