Addison's Annual Health FairAddison Health Fair

Save the date!  Thursday, October 8, 2009. 

Each year, the Town of Addison (Texas) holds a Community Health Fair.  This event is open to Addison employees and Addison residents. 

If you plan on getting a flu shot, make sure to reserve your syringe by calling 972-450-7048 or sign up at www.addisontx.gov. 

Health Fair hours are 3:00 - 6:00 pm, and the venue is the Addison Athletic Club on Beltway between Surveyor and Proton.

Make plans to attend today!
