Don't let your home go into foreclosure. I have heard through the Certified Distressed Property Experts (which I am one of a group of 10,000 and growing Realtors whose goal is to save as many homeowners from foreclosure as possible) that more than 7 out of 10 homes go all the way through the foreclosure process with out ever being listed for sale. I know it is hard to reach out for help, but there are probably much better options for you than letting that happen. Most people think it is too late when it is not! Mary, thanks so much for popping by:-) I have heard that in 7 out of 10 foreclosures, the home was never even listed for sale and that is only one alternative to foreclosure. I think it is so sad that more homeowners in this situation do not reach out for help before it is too late.
