Judy:  Four major considerations... yes.  But if it were only that simple.  There is just so much to deal with in short sales... and one of the major hang-ups is simply being able to communicate with the seller's lender.  It is at times so amazing that they can make something that should help them... so difficult.

Judy right on, those are four very important considerations for a short sale.. The challenge of course, has been in getting the lender to consider them. 

Time is not always on the seller's side when trying to get the lender to consider the short sale, and a knowledgeable and experienced agent is the best option for any seller who needs to do a short sale.

Karen - Oh boy, are you right. A couple days ago I was on hold for 45 minutes with a lender before I finally gave up. Sometimes, you can't even get on hold! If they would just hire enough people to deal with this situation, they could clear out their files and solve unemployment in one swoop!
