RE Bar Camp San Diego is Coming to Town on November 12, 2009!!

Yes, it's true. San Diego is getting a Real Estate Bar Camp, too.

Folks attending the N.A.R. Convention in November here in paradise (we call San Diego that for some very good reasons - can you say great weather?), or interested people who live here and just want to participate in a phenomenal learning and networking opportunity, should not miss RE Bar Camp San Diego (#rebcsd on Twitter or follow them at REBarCampSD).

Why not become a fan on Facebook?

RE Bar Camp San Diego will take place on THURSDAY November 12 from 9 to 5 (with an after-party of course) at a very cool place in San Diego's Gaslamp District called Stingaree.

You can (and should) register at REBarCampSD as this is expected to be a huge event. They just keep getting bigger and better, and Jim Marks will again provide the keynote as he did for the terrific RE Bar Camp Orange County. This will be my 3rd event for the year and I can't wait!

There are already 174 folks registered (there were 22 when I registered last night!!) with 226 spots left. Don't YOU be left out.

Thanks for the great tip Jeff. I am sending this to all my partners in crime right now, and then I plan to get registered. Sounds like this will be a great convention, as well And most importantly, the "After Party". lol

Jeff, what is the climate there in November? For some reason I was under the impression that San Diego got kinda chilly. Maybe I'm confusing it with a different city?

Jean - hope we will get to meet. The venue is filling up fast.

Lisa - yes it does get chilly in the evenings, adn we are not nearly as warm in the winter as you likely are. At this time of year it could be 60s near the coast and 50s in the evening. But, hey, coming from Boston when we had snow on Halloween, I cannot complain.

I have read so much about these but have not went to one yet. I need to see if there is one coming up in the Midwest.

Jeff - I may have to sign up and get my plane ticket since I missed it here in Raleigh. Know why? I was in San Diego! Funny isn't it?

Jeff it does not seem that long ago since you guys had a RE Bar Camp, or was that some where else?

Jeff, what a great logo REBC San Diego's got. Love it. Our own REBC on Monday was my first and I loved it.

I wish I had known I would have come out a day early .

George - yep we did. But california is a huge state. There was one in Pasadena and also one in Orange County. And another in San Francisco at the Inman Connect event.

Maggie - I heard about it and it sounded excellent, as they all seem to be. I lke the logo pretty well myself. The event will be even better.

Terry and Bonnie - well you can at least enjoy it virtually.
