Since Last Month: Listings are UP +3, Pendings are DOWN -3, Sales are UP +1.
An interesting report... I hope that there are signs that the market is stabilizing and getting back to a more balanced market.

Joan: I am noting an every so slight rise in inventory in some sectors which is SORELY needed. You are right, we need to get back to a balanced market. Especially if we are going to be successful in closing first time buyers eligible for the tax credit on time!
