Okay first-time home buyers or those of you who haven't owned a home in the last 3 years.  The tax credit is scheduled to expire November 30, 2009.  That means that you have to complete the purchase or close by November 30, 2009.  Don't sit on the fence any longer.  Get out and look at those houses now.

Remember, there is a whole buying process that takes place prior to closing--loans have to be processed, home inspections have to be completed, home sellers need to find a new place to live...all of this has to be done before you can close.

You say you're not sure you can find someone to make it all happen in the time left, I can!!!  Just give me a call and I'll get you out looking at houses in no time.  I'll work hard to get you in the house of your dreams but you've got to call right away.

'Tammie - There have not that many people taking the $8,000 tax credit! I have a consumer who don't trust it. But I have been telling then it is safe to use toward buying a home.

Cheryl, I think there are lots taking advantage of it here--76% of the closings in our office last month look to be first-time buyers.  That is huge!!!
