Carol: I'm thinking that once you get the word out to the Realtors in your area about how wonderful these homes are... and also that if they bring their clients out to your model... that you'll take such great care of them... then I think all those "ready for move-in" homes will be sold in no time. You go, girl !

Karen Anne - I am SO impressed with all the models that Concept Builders produces ... they are just beautiful! And remember ... if you know of anyone that is moving this way, make sure you give them my number! I'll make sure they get a full tour of Concept Builders homes!
