There are many that believe professional staging is something only higher priced homes should consider.  Quite the opposite is true for us in Raleigh and other parts of the country.  Our company, Triangle Staging & Design, stages homes ranging from $100,000 to over $3,000,000 dollars.   Many of the homes we have staged this year have been under the $400,000 price point and they have experienced super quick sales.  Here are just a few recent examples of those super quick sales:

Staged and Sold in 8 days after being on the market for 1 year

Staged and Sold in the first showing - on the market for a year w/55 showings & no offer

Staged and Sold in 21 days

Staged and sold in 10 days - North Raleigh Bedford community after one year on the market

Staged and sold in 21 days - After 180 DOM Sunset Ridge

Staged and Sold in 30 days after 108 DOM

Staging is more affordable then you think, especially if you consider staging your home before you consider your first price reduction.

gorgeous work! I love all the light, crisp, clean colors and lines you use. Great work and great slideshows. It is simple but elegant and effective.

Thanks Kate,  I hope you are well!  Some were staged more than others, but effective all the same.  I think it's about finding just the right balance to make it effective without going overboard.

Great job and great stats. Thank you for sharing. It really doesn't matter on price point... what matters is that staging can help sell any home for more money in less time. Great blog too. Do you think that I said "great" enough ;)

I toatlly agree. I stage townhomes, semis and detached ranging in price from $320,000 to $2,000,000. Almost all the townhomes and semi recieve multiple offers and the higher priced homes sell faster than the competition (unstaged). Staging is a valuable marketing tool that can be tailored to all budgets and homes. Happy staging Michele and congratulations on the great stats.

Thanks Lori Kim - you can say "Great" as many times as you want.  It feels great. so there I did it too.

Kimberly- Thanks.  I think that for some the preception is we stage only High end homes, but quite the opposite is true.  Our team stages in every price point.

Janine,  I can't wait for you to post the Toll Brothers homes, so we can see how busy you have been!
