Perspective on the Future of Real Estate ~ Will Team Dynamics Rule--I've always had a tendency to collaborate. I spent a formulative period of my professional career in team development. I learned that team dynamics are powerful and can boost the business performance for all members of the team. What one person can do is multiplied by the number of team members coming together to collaborate.
I recent engaged with two teams that I contribute to. Team Kirk for residential and commercial real estate endeavors and with Bo Spaulding for ranch and land in the Western US states. We are all very excited about the future. I recently made a change in companies and I have to say that the change has helped me greatly. My new company has a spirit of empowerment and connections for the future of real estate.
