Tink Wig features a small lake excellent for fishing and non-motor boat activities. There is a community pool, clubhouse with snack bar, pool table, and other games. Additionally, there is a basketball court for energetic folks.
Garbage pick up is included in the dues (currently less than $500 per year) along with road maintenance and amenity use.

GREAT SHOTS of the home. So many people take terrible pictures around here. I don't get it because so many buyers decide whether the home is worth looking at based on the photos. Yet I see strange shots of stair cases with laundry and six pairs of shoes on the staircase??? HUH???

Ruthmarie, thanks! I pride myself on trying to take good pics - it's not really that hard. A little thought and time, and a wide angle lens...sometimes a home requires me to to move a few things for the picture. My personal favorite is the ones with random people in the picture, or the TV on...lol
One of the best ones ever - someone took a picture of the COMMUNITY pool - they had just opened the pool up for the season and it was OBVIOUSLY not ready for swimming. The water was GREEN - and they put this on the MLS as an amenity to entice buyers!! Gotta be KIDDING ME!
