An interesting report titled, "Where Home Prices Are Likely to Rise" has been released on Yahoo.com this morning. Moody's Economy.com provided Forbes with data to forecast the housing prices in 40 of the country's largest metropolitan areas. |

Ann - I swear that I lost all my old friends and am making new ones when I look at all the new pictures up on our profiles. That's a great picture of you - I just need to get reacquainted. . .LOL
Paul - So true! Five years into the future is an awfully long time to be projecting when it comes to housing though. I remember when we came out of the housing crisis of the early 1990s, we had a slow projection back, and values nearly doubled in the next few years. Prognosticators don't always know.
Myrl - Very intrguing report. I suppose in 5 years it will be interesting to see if they were right on target or missed the mark.
